The Crew Duty Travel Coordinator is responsible for the management and booking of crew HOTAC & Travel requirements post-roster publication and up to 3 days before the day of operation. This role sits within the Operations Planning Team and reports to the Operations Planning Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the booking of crew duty travel and HOTAC requirements up to 3 days before the day of operation
- Publish and distribute preferred suppliers to the day-to-day operations team
- Be the first point of contact to third-party suppliers
- Responsible for arranging and vetting new suppliers
- Liaise with the Operations Finance Business partner, highlighting any anomalies and cost increases
- General admin, i.e., Workplace instructions
- Other duties as directed by the Operations Planning Manager
