Logan Talent is representing a well-established global technology business looking to hire an experienced People & Payroll Operations professional into its London team.

This is a broad international role combining payroll operations, HRIS administration and employee lifecycle support across a global workforce.

The position would suit someone who enjoys working across both payroll and People Operations rather than focusing purely on payroll processing.

Key responsibilities will include

  • Supporting multi-country payroll operations across international markets
  • Managing payroll inputs and employee changes
  • Supporting onboarding, promotions, transfers and leavers
  • Maintaining accurate employee data across HR systems
  • Reviewing payroll outputs and resolving discrepancies
  • Supporting payroll reporting, reconciliations and audits
  • Managing HRIS workflows and improving operational processes
  • Acting as a point of contact for payroll and People Operations queries

We’re looking for someone with

  • Experience across payroll and/or People Operations in an international environment
  • Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes
  • Good HRIS knowledge, ideally including Dayforce
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • The ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

The role is based in Central Londonwith a hybrid working model ofthree days per week in the office.

This is a great opportunity for someone with international payroll experience who wants broader exposure across People Operations, HRIS and global employee lifecycle management.
