We are supporting a high-growth UK WealthTech platform on a senior Partnerships Director search. This is a high-impact commercial leadership role focused on owning and scaling intermediary distribution across the UK adviser and wealth management market. The role will focus on building strategic relationships with IFAs, wealth managers, adviser networks, consolidators and other key intermediary partners, with a clear mandate to drive adviser adoption and AUA growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and execute the intermediary distribution strategy across the UK market
  • Build senior relationships with adviser networks, consolidators, wealth managers and strategic partners
  • Drive new partner acquisition and increase adviser adoption
  • Identify and unlock new routes to market across the UK wealth and advice ecosystem
  • Develop commercial partnerships that support long-term AUA growth
  • Work closely with product, marketing and leadership teams to improve partner engagement and platform adoption
  • Represent the business in senior market conversations and relevant industry forums

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience selling into or partnering with IFAs, wealth managers, adviser networks or consolidators
  • Deep understanding of the UK intermediary and wealth management market
  • Track record of building commercial relationships that drive asset growth, flows or client acquisition
  • Experience in platforms, adviser solutions, wealth management, asset management, retirement, SIPP, DFM/MPS or related financial services businesses
  • Strong commercial judgement and credibility with senior external stakeholders
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in a growth environment
