We are looking to meet candidates at all levels: Analyst, Senior Analyst, Associate, Senior Associate, Associate Director, and Director.

Responsibilities:- Conduct initial candidate outreach and in-person screening to determine candidate fit as per position specifications.
- Develop sourcing strategies for roles, gather competitive intelligence, and assist in targeted sourcing structures to build market maps.
- Utilise Streak (CRM), LinkedIn, Google Suite, and third party data and job boards to track candidates and workflow.
- Conduct detailed screening and briefing of candidates on responsibilities, salary, and benefits.
