Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the client services and RFP team to manage and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs).
- Conduct comprehensive client reporting and ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.
- Work closely with sales and investment teams to gather necessary information and insights for RFP responses.
- Maintain and update the RFP library and assist in the development of standardized responses.
- Engage with various internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and relevant information is included in proposals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the optimization of RFP workflows.
- Participate in training sessions and onboarding processes for new team members.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in RFP management or client services within the asset management or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of asset management concepts and the RFP process.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and clients.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
