Founded in 2012, Logan Sinclair is a specialist executive search consultancy specialising in front office hiring for asset managers, asset owners, private markets firms, and wealth managers. We are looking to meet candidates at all levels: Analyst, Senior Analyst, Associate, Senior Associate, Associate Director, and Director.
Part of our screening process is a 200-question personality test and work philosophy test built by our team.
Responsibilities:- Conduct initial candidate outreach and in-person screening to determine candidate fit as per position specifications.
- Develop sourcing strategies for roles, gather competitive intelligence, and assist in targeted sourcing structures to build market maps.
- Utilise Streak (CRM), LinkedIn, Google Suite, and third party data and job boards to track candidates and workflow.
- Conduct detailed screening and briefing of candidates on responsibilities, salary, and benefits.
- Prepare CVs, submission documents, dashboards, and client updates for live searches.
- Manage interviews, tests, and feedback communication with candidates and clients.
- Maintain a good understanding of clients and industry markets.
- Stay updated on best practices in sourcing tools and technologies.
- Maintain data quality and accuracy in internal databases.
