Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute the launch of new investment products and separately managed accounts, ensuring alignment with client needs and market opportunities.
  • Oversee strategic product initiatives including structuring, mergers, closures, and enhancement of existing offerings.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to resolve technical challenges and drive product innovation for alternatives and private markets.
  • Develop strategic proposals and business cases for new product launches, particularly in alternatives and private markets.
  • Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform product strategy.
  • Contribute to key governance meetings and product committees.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of alternative investments and private markets.
  • Strong understanding of investment vehicles (onshore and offshore) and institutional products, including but not limited to UCITS, UCI Part II, Australian Unit Trusts, Cayman.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion.
