Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead institutional sales initiatives and develop new business opportunities across the UK market, particularly with LGPS/local government pension schemes/local authority/local authorities, expanding the UK asset management division
- Drive the sales process, including participation in RFP submissions and development of client presentations
- Provide market intelligence and client feedback to inform product capacity
- Represent the firm at industry events and conferences
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Requirements
- Strong experience in institutional asset management sales
- Track record in raising assets from the LGPS/local government pension schemes/local authority/local authorities
- Existing relationships with UK institutional investors, particularly LGPS/local government pension schemes/local authority/local authorities, both at the pool level and underlying scheme/authority level
- Experience working with investment consultants
- Investment Management Certificate (IMC) or equivalent required
