Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives to accelerate capital raising for private debt strategies
- Collaborate with investment professionals to develop and refine approaches
- Identify potential investors and work with distribution teams to create engagement strategies
- Meet with prospective clients to present investment strategies
- Create comprehensive outreach programs including roadshows, digital campaigns, and alternative distribution channels
- Develop and enhance marketing materials including presentations, competitive analyses, thought leadership pieces, as well as investment commentary for reporting, client communications, client queries, and RFPs
- Lead investor meetings, portfolio reviews, and fund presentations
Requirements:
- Previous relevant experience, preferably in asset management, private markets, or consulting
- Strong understanding of private credit/debt markets and financial instruments
- Exceptional client relationship skills with experience interacting with institutional investors
- Bachelor's degree required (finance, business, or related field preferred); advanced degree, CFA, or similar credentials advantageous
