Due to continued business growth, increasing customer demand, and the successful launch of new products, we are looking to recruit additional Production Operators to join our manufacturing team. The purpose of this role is to support the efficient and safe production of high-quality products, ensuring customer requirements, production targets, and quality standards are consistently met.
Working as part of a collaborative manufacturing team, Production Operators will follow established processes, operate production equipment, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that support operational performance and business success.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Ability to understand assembly build documentation (read drawings)
- Electronics component recognition
- Hand soldering or use of hand held tools
- Final assembly and PCB tests
