Logan Health is seeking a Facilities Technician to join our team in Chester, Montana. This position supports the daily operation, safety, and maintenance of facility systems, equipment, and grounds. The Facilities Technician helps ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for patients, visitors, and staff by performing a wide range of preventative maintenance, repairs, and general facility support duties.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in general maintenance, mechanical, plumbing, or electrical work preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
- Minimum of one (1) of the following is required, depending on work location and job applicability:
- Montana State Boiler License
- EPA Certification
- Current driver’s license
- Certified Pool/Spa Operator License
- AED certification within ninety (90) days of hire
Job Duties
- Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and perform preventative and predictive maintenance in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain and repair facility systems and equipment, including but not limited to:
- electrical
- plumbing
- heating and air conditioning
- refrigeration
- boilers
- lighting
- carpentry
- flooring
- vehicles
- life safety equipment
- laundry equipment
- pool/spa systems, as applicable
