The Sales Officers / Sales Executives will be assisting in the day-to-day sales operation including compilation of sales-related reports and materials, collection of market information, communications and coordination with vendors and real estate agents for sales-related works and activities and duty‑roster at designated office/sales venue for execution of front‑line sales process.

Requirements:
- Familiar with The Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance and sales logistics from the perspective of a property developer with previous sales launch experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience, of which minimum 2 years of frontline sales experience with reputable/sizeable property developers or real estate consultancies in Hong Kong is preferred.
- Strong commitment to service, and to achieving company goals through sales.
- Diligent, proactive, and result‑oriented with a positive mindset and high integrity.
- Ability to work under pressure and a good team player.
- Good communication skills and competence in both verbal and written Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English.
- Hands‑on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Fresh Graduates may be considered for the position of Sales Executive.
