That’s why over 2,000 providers across the UK choose Log my Care to deliver safer, smarter, more proactive care that transforms lives.
The role
We’re hiring a Product Manager to take ownership of our new product area. You’ll play a key role in defining vision, shaping roadmaps, and building meaningful features that improve the lives of those delivering and receiving care. You won’t just be handed a vision and a backlog; you’ll co-create them. That means getting close to users, working closely with cross-functional teams, and owning your roadmap from ideation to launch. You will be part of the new squad we are currently building, looking at building a greenfield product, taking it from 0 to 1. This squad will be focused on enabling our customers to become proactive in delivering outstanding care and improving health outcomes for those they care for.
Salary Range: £45K - £60K
Location: This role is based in London. Our mandatory in-office days are Wednesdays & Fridays.
As a Product Manager, you will:
- Own the roadmap for your product area, aligning with company goals while advocating for user needs.
- Drive discovery: get to know your users, run research, validate problems and prototype solutions.
- Define success: establish metrics and outcomes and use them to prioritise and measure impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, engineers, marketing, and customer success to ship great products.
- Keep us aligned: Facilitate product ceremonies, communicate clearly, and manage expectations with stakeholders.
- Deliver value quickly and consistently, shipping incrementally without compromising on quality.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Product management experience in a product-led SaaS company, ideally in a fast-paced or scale-up environment.
- A track record of owning products end-to-end, from research and discovery to launch and iteration.
- A strong handle on metrics and data – you can talk impact, not just output.
- Cross-functional communication skills – you’re comfortable working with stakeholders across the business.
- The confidence to push back, validate, and make decisions grounded in user needs and business goals.
Bonus points for having:
- Previous health or social care tech experience.
- Dashboarding or heavy data product experience.
The Interview process:
- Submit your Application
- Exploratory video call with Olivia, Sr. People Manager / Kris, Recruiter (30 mins)
- Video Interview with Jolie, Product Manager + Tom, Product Marketing Manager (45 mins)
- In-person task with Becca, Head of Product + Hiring Manager, Adam, CTO + Co-founder + Henry, Sr. Enterprise Account Executive (1 hour)
- Final interview with Sam, Co-founder & CEO, to discuss what you might bring to the role and how you might embody our values at LmC (20 minutes).
