The role

We are looking for a passionate and customer-centric Demand Generation Manager to own the execution and continuous improvement of our inbound demand engine. You'll take day-to-day ownership of paid channels, website performance and inbound campaign activity, operating with real autonomy within a clear strategic direction, set by the Head of Marketing. You'll be excited to make decisions, run experiments and drive MQL and pipeline growth to achieve our targets.

Location: This role is based in London. Our mandatory in-office days are Wednesdays & Fridays.

As a Demand Generation Manager you will:

  • Inbound Strategy & Channel Ownership
    • Drive MQL, pipeline and revenue through digital-first demand generation
    • Own the inbound growth plan, delivering multi-channel acquisition campaigns across channels (paid, organic, partnerships, campaigns, website)
    • Maintain a regular feedback loop with Sales on lead quality and pipeline conversion (visit → MQL → SQL)
    • Track and regularly report on performance to target, and cost efficiency (CPL, CAC, ROAS)
  • Channel Ownership
    • Own and run paid media across Google, LinkedIn and Meta, managing budget, building audiences, testing creative and optimising towards acquisition
    • Own website and landing page conversion performance, run structured A/B tests, form hypotheses and scale what works
    • Own our technical SEO / AEO / GEO, working alongside Brand who own the blog and who will support with copy / content development
  • Content & Campaigns
    • Partner closely with Marketing to plan and execute integrated demand campaigns
    • Identify what content is needed to support inbound activity, and work alongside the Brand team to deliver

What We’re Looking For

  • 4-6 years' experience in B2B SaaS (or similar) in a demand generation or growth marketing role
  • Proven hands-on experience running and optimising paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn and Meta – you don’t need someone to tell you what to do next
  • Strong with data - able to build reporting, spot trends and turn insight into action
  • A test-and-learn mindset - you form clear hypotheses, run experiments and scale what works
  • Collaborative and clear communicator across Sales and Marketing teams
  • Confident with our core stack: HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Apollo

Success in This Role Looks Like

  • Consistent delivery against MQL, SQL and pipeline generation targets, contributing to ARR growth
  • Improving paid efficiency and funnel conversion over time (CPL, ROI)
  • Reporting that gives the team confidence in where pipeline is coming from

The Interview process:

  • Submit your Application
  • Stage 1 - Exploratory video call with Alex - Talent Partner (25 mins)
  • Stage 2 - Video interview with Marion, Head of Marketing (45 mins)
  • Stage 3 - In-person task with the Marketing Team (1 hour)
  • Stage 4 - Final interview with Sam (Co-founder & CEO) to discuss what you might bring to the role and how you might embody our values at LmC (30 minutes).
