Role Description

The Vocational Tutor will deliver engaging and practical training sessions to young adults aged 16–24 who are participating in Lofty Heights Skills Academy programs. Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and teaching vocational training courses
  • Providing one‑on‑one support
  • Assessing learner progress
  • Liaising with other team members to ensure program effectiveness

This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Brighton, offering an opportunity to inspire and mentor young people to achieve their potential.

Qualifications

  • Experience in vocational training, skill‑building, and youth education
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to mentor and motivate young adults
