Role Description
The Vocational Tutor will deliver engaging and practical training sessions to young adults aged 16–24 who are participating in Lofty Heights Skills Academy programs. Responsibilities include:
- Designing and teaching vocational training courses
- Providing one‑on‑one support
- Assessing learner progress
- Liaising with other team members to ensure program effectiveness
This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Brighton, offering an opportunity to inspire and mentor young people to achieve their potential.
Qualifications
- Experience in vocational training, skill‑building, and youth education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to mentor and motivate young adults
- Ability to develop engaging curriculum and instructional material suitable for diverse learning styles
