The Partner Operations Manager is responsible for developing and executing programs and processes that drive revenue growth through frictionless, automated trade with indirect sales channels. Additionally, the Partner Operations Director along with the team nurtures partners from Cradle to Maturity, from prospect to recruit to fully functioning, independent, successful partner.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the team of Partner Specialists that on-boards, enables and grows our revenue with new and emerging partners.
- Provide support to the Territory Channel Managers so that they are able to plan and execute their growth programs with our larger partners.
- Provide daily operational support and enablement to partners, and cross-functional teams for all partner related inquiries.
- Coach Partner Specialists to establish strong partnerships with the teams and partners they support.
- Maintain OKRs/KPIs that communicate to Executive Leadership the effectiveness of our programs.
- Collaborate with IT and Order Management to ensure smooth and ideally automated processes from lead to order to fulfilment.
- Automate transactions, respond and solve issues in the ordering process.
- Identify opportunities to implement or improve tools and automate processes that focus on increasing efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, and scalability.
- Manage our Partner Programs that successfully on-board, enable and grow our partner revenue.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to roll out partner program updates, system enhancements, process improvements and enablement programs.
- Review metrics/effectiveness and evolve our programs with Partners, the Channel team and key stakeholders in the regions.
- Be the point of escalation for sales and partner leadership on partner related inquiries.
- Drive critical partner processes including onboarding, lead allocation, 30-60-90 day check ins.
- Use Qlikview BI, SFDC and other tools to report out on our Partner Sales performance and that of our channel partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluency in spoken and written English plus one other European language.
- Working knowledge of the administrative functions of the Channel business.
- Demonstrate relevant experience and understanding of partner operations.
- Experience working with partners.
- High level of competency with software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project.
- SFDC experience and knowledge of partner management systems (e.g., Partner Portal) is nice to have.
