As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager, you will participate in developing and improving FP&A processes to deliver high-quality service to Loftware stakeholders. This is a global role, reporting to the Group’s FP&A Director, focusing on advancing a world-class FP&A function through cross-business partnerships and system/process modernization.
FP&A Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and improve budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports for various units and departments
- Serve as a key driver in developing a global forecasting and budgeting system
- Identify and monitor KPIs, analyze variances vs expectations and targets
- Support management with data-driven analysis (business partnering)
- Handle ad-hoc FP&A requests from PE investors and management
Qualifications, Skills, Experience
- University degree
- 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A
- Experience building and analyzing FP&A processes
- Experience implementing forecasting & budgeting systems (e.g., Adaptive Planning)
- High responsibility level, target-oriented
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Self-motivated, proactive, committed
- Experience in Software/SaaS companies is a plus
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
