As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager, you will participate in developing and improving FP&A processes to deliver high-quality service to Loftware stakeholders. This is a global role, reporting to the Group’s FP&A Director, focusing on advancing a world-class FP&A function through cross-business partnerships and system/process modernization. FP&A Role & Responsibilities Develop and improve budgeting and forecasting processes Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports for various units and departments Serve as a key driver in developing a global forecasting and budgeting system Identify and monitor KPIs, analyze variances vs expectations and targets Support management with data-driven analysis (business partnering) Handle ad-hoc FP&A requests from PE investors and management Qualifications, Skills, Experience University degree 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A Experience building and analyzing FP&A processes Experience implementing forecasting & budgeting systems (e.g., Adaptive Planning) High responsibility level, target-oriented Ability to work independently and collaboratively Self-motivated, proactive, committed Experience in Software/SaaS companies is a plus Fluent in English (verbal and written) Working for a global leader in a critical industry offers unparalleled opportunities.
