As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager, you will participate in developing and improving FP&A processes to deliver high-quality service to Loftware stakeholders. This is a global role, reporting to the Group’s FP&A Director, focusing on advancing a world-class FP&A function through cross-business partnerships and system/process modernization.

FP&A Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports for various units and departments
  • Serve as a key driver in developing a global forecasting and budgeting system
  • Identify and monitor KPIs, analyze variances vs expectations and targets
  • Support management with data-driven analysis (business partnering)
  • Handle ad-hoc FP&A requests from PE investors and management

Qualifications, Skills, Experience

  • University degree
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A
  • Experience building and analyzing FP&A processes
  • Experience implementing forecasting & budgeting systems (e.g., Adaptive Planning)
  • High responsibility level, target-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Self-motivated, proactive, committed
  • Experience in Software/SaaS companies is a plus
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
