Loftus Associates has partnered with a Global staffing company on their search for a Recruitment Manager – New Business Contract Billing with a proven track record of delivering to the Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Med Devices Industry who will be able to lead and build a team of contract Recruiters.

With offices worldwide and a track record over 20 years of supporting major companies with Contract, Permanent and Executive Recruitment, they are seeking an experienced Billing Manager with knowledge of Cloud, Infrastructure, Business Applications (SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce), Data and AI/ ML.

You will collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions. You will be responsible for Business Development, leading a team of approx 6, across various job positions with clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with an agency or consultancy.
  • Contract Billing experience, across SAP, Cloud, AI, Data, Software.
  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques, including statement of work.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • You must have the right to work status for the UK, sponsorship support is not provided.
