Loftus Associates has partnered with an established Recruitment Agency on their search for a Recruitment Consultant specialising in contract roles, based in Buckinghamshire.

With an established track record of supporting major companies with Recruiting Tech and Digitial professionals, they are seeking an experienced Head of Contract/ Contract Manager from an agency background, with ability to grow a desk, thereafter a team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with an agency or consultancy.
• Billing experience on a contract basis.
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• You must have the right to work for the UK, sponsorship support is not provided.
