Loftnix Developments Ltd is looking for a motivated self-employed Sales Agent to generate and secure residential construction projects across London and the surrounding areas.. . We specialise in loft conversions, house extensions and full property renovations.. .
The opportunity
- 8% commission for every qualifying client contract introduced by you and successfully signed.
- Commission-only, self-employed position.
- No basic salary or guaranteed earnings.
- No commission ceiling.
- Flexible working arrangements.
- High-value residential construction projects.
- Written Sales Agent Agreement provided before starting.
Your role
- Find and approach potential clients.
- Develop relationships with homeowners, architects, estate agents, property developers and other property professionals.
- Generate qualified enquiries and help move opportunities towards signed contracts.
- Manage your own leads and follow-ups professionally.
Loftnix will handle site visits, technical advice, pricing, quotations and construction delivery.. .
The ideal person
- Confident in business development and closing sales.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Professional and reliable.
- Construction, property, home-improvement or high-value sales experience is an advantage.
- Existing London property contacts are highly desirable.
