They’re looking to bring on a newly qualified Architect or early career Architect with strong experience across RIBA Stages 3–5, someone confident in taking projects from developed design through to delivery. Revit proficiency is essential, along with experience working on large, complex projects.
We can consider anyone who is newly qualified as an Architect as long as you've worked on the construction of a large-scale building. While prior hospitality experience isn’t a requirement, this is an ideal move for someone looking to transition into the sector and work on luxury, design-focused schemes in a highly collaborative and creative environment.
