Tired of just delivering someone else's design vision? Sick of the Design Director heading up design whilst everyone else just has to take orders? Ready to work on projects where the style/design is tailored to each client, rather than just having a 'house style'?

We are currently recruiting for an Interior Architect for a mid-sized luxury residential design studio in Central London who are incredibly forward thinking in their approach and looking for someone to get involved in every aspect of the business. As well as making sure their clients are happy, they also have a real focus on keeping their staff happy. They have a low staff turnover (they still have their first ever employee who joined 20+ years ago), every person in the company has a voice/input to the design and there is a real family feel among the staff. In recent years, the company made almost £10,000 in charitable donations per year and this very much aligns with their values as a studio.

  • Able to do joinery drawings, choosing finishes, concepts and site work
  • A good communicator and able to collaborate with colleagues, consultants, clients etc.

  • A good designer but is also technically strong

  • £45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus
  • Private medical insurance
  • 1 day working from home per week

This role would be suitable for an architect who has a strong interest in interiors, a technical interior designer or an interior designer who has experience in an architecture studio.
