You will be joining a design led interior and FF&E studio based in Central London with a strong reputation for delivering bespoke, high quality environments across hospitality, residential, workspace, co living, and Build to Rent sectors. The studio offers a fully integrated service, combining interior design, FF&E, bespoke joinery, and procurement, working collaboratively from concept through to installation.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver FF&E design concepts aligned with the overall project vision
- Manage end to end FF&E packages with limited supervision
- Produce and maintain detailed FF&E schedules, specifications, and budgets
- Coordinate supplier communication, sampling, pricing, and cost control
- Prepare client presentations and attend client meetings when required
- Produce accurate technical drawings, elevations, and layouts
- Ensure FF&E elements are fully integrated with architectural and interior design packages
- Liaise with logistics teams to support timely delivery and installation
- Carry out site visits, oversee styling, and ensure design intent is realised on site
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- Working knowledge of FF&E specification software such as Programa
- Experience with bespoke furniture design and detailing
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and supplier capabilities
