Senior Technologist / Technician

We are looking to recruit an ambitious Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician with experience of seeing projects through stages 3-5 to join an award winning, friendly, multi-disciplinary consultancy in Nottingham. The successful Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician will have an important role, leading aspects of some of their key projects., * Degree in Architectural Technology, Architecture or similar. (Not essential)

• High proficiency in Revit

• Experience working across stages 3-5

• Experience of technical detailing, construction documentation etc. in Revit

• Experience working on UK based projects and good knowledge of the UK building regulations

• Salary of £35,000 – £50,000 depending on experience

• Hybrid working, 2-3 days working from home per week

• 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays

• Private healthcare, pension etc.
