The Company
Our client is a mid-sized (20 designers) SW London-based luxury residential design studio that works on incredible projects for private clients. Their FF&E Budgets are typically up to £6 million+, they tailor the design to the client's requirements and are forward-thinking in their approach. As well as making sure their clients are happy, they also have a real focus on keeping their staff happy. They have a low staff turnover (they still have their first ever employee who joined 20+ years ago), every person in the company has a voice/input to the design and there is a real family feel among the staff. In 2022, the company made almost £10,000 in charitable donations and this very much aligns with their values as a studio.
