Are you a Team-leading Senior Interior Designer looking for somewhere interesting?

Somewhere that you can work closely with the founder and implement your own ideas?

The Company:

Our client is a medium-sized design studio of around 15 staff, with an excellent portfolio of projects across several sectors, including casual dining, residential, and hotel design.

They are a studio with low staff turnover and are an amazing place to work.

Requirements/Role:

• Lead a team of Senior, Mid-Level, and Junior Designers, with support from an Interior Project Manager.
• Drive design output, ensuring projects move forward efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and inspiration to the team.
• Highly organized, both technically and creatively, with a reputation for getting things done.
• Manage project profitability, timelines, and scope to prevent scope creep.
• Hands-on approach, contributing to design work (FF&E) and providing CAD direction.
• Willingness to support new business development and pitch processes.
• Portfolio must showcase high-quality, creative, and trend-forward projects (not traditional or bland).
• Strong proficiency in InDesign with a keen eye for presentation layout, starting with their own portfolio.
• Significant experience in job leadership and team leadership, demonstrating reliability and independence.
