Our client is a multi‑office international practice with nearly 200 staff across Architecture, Engineering, Project Management and Interiors. They use cutting‑edge technology such as Revit and BIM to deliver complex construction projects.
The Opportunity

The Role
The role involves leading a large multi‑unit residential project in London, working closely with clients, contractors and the London studio partner. Short‑term focus is on project delivery; longer‑term the senior technologist will contribute to strategic decisions and oversee work of others.
The Requirements
- Experienced technologist, technician or equivalent
- MCIAT is an advantage but not required
- Experience on UK‑based projects and knowledge of UK building regulations
- Experience across work stages 3–5
- Experience on multi‑unit residential or mixed‑use schemes
- Minimum 6 years in professional practice
- Strong Revit skills
- Experience delivering mid‑ or large‑scale projects on site
