We are looking to recruit an ambitious Project Architect or Senior Architect with an interest in private residential projects to join an award-winning, mid-sized architectural practice with a diverse range of projects based in central London.
The Company: Our client is a mid-sized (25 people) design-led practice in Central London who specialise in a range of high-end projects for both private and commercial clients. Their project portfolio is diverse, including large bespoke residential and high-end commercial projects. Their private residential projects are typically £5 million - £30 million, with examples of projects up to £60 million. The team are passionate about their work and there is a friendly and sociable working environment.
The Opportunity: The successful candidate will join the practice as a Senior Architect or Project Architect (depending on experience) and will work across all work stages on an incredible residential project, working closely with a very experienced Associate who is an exceptional mentor. This role will suit someone who is ambitious and keen on developing, as progression to Associate will be mapped out for the successful candidate.
The Requirements:
- Qualified architect (ARB)
- Experience using Revit is desirable but not essential (willing to train in Revit)
- Experience of working as a project architect or package running architect in an established UK-based architectural practice
- Experience working on UK-based projects and good knowledge of the UK building regulations
- Experience across a range of work stages
- Friendly, personable and professional
Salary and Package: Salary of £42,000 - £52,000, Annual Bonus, 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays, Private healthcare.
