Overview
We are seeking a Senior Architect (approximately 8–12 years post‑Part III) to take a hands‑on leadership role designing and delivering interesting design‑led projects across education, cultural, heritage, and specialist sectors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys running projects, leading small teams, and remaining actively involved in drawing and design.

Skills & Experience
- 8+ years post‑Part III experience
- Strong Revit capability (or at minimum, proven BIM experience and willingness to upskill quickly)
- Experience working with large client bodies or complex consultant teams would be an advantage
- Genuine interest in sustainability, embedded as part of design thinking
- Exposure to sectors such as education, cultural, heritage, life sciences, or large commercial projects
- Comfortable with autonomy and ownership: ideal for someone who felt “lost in the process” at a larger studio and wants more impact
