Job Description
Project Architect | Global Architecture Practice | London | up to £55,000 + Bonus
We are seeking a talented Project Architect to join the London studio, part of a leading WA100 global design practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects within the education sector (DfE frameworks), while contributing to the growth and strength of the sector team.
The Role
As a Project Architect, you will take ownership of projects through all stages, managing complex client relationships and working closely with contractors. You will be responsible for delivering projects to a high standard, ensuring clear communication and leadership throughout.
The client base is demanding but fair, so we’re looking for someone who is not only technically strong but also confident, resilient, and diplomatic, able to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain excellent long-term relationships.
Progression & Opportunity
This role offers clear progression. After 12 months of successful delivery, you’ll have the opportunity to expand and build a team within the education sector, shaping its direction and taking it where you want it to go. From there, the path to Associate and Director level is well defined, with dedicated support from our global Learning & Development team to help you achieve it.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience on DfE education sector projects
- ARB Part 3 qualified architect
- Minimum 3 years’ client-facing experience
- Strong experience working with contractors and leading design coordination
- Confident, collaborative, and able to handle critical feedback constructively
- Proficiency in Revit and Rhino is desirable
