The Role

As a Project Architect, you will take ownership of projects through all stages, managing complex client relationships and working closely with contractors. You will be responsible for delivering projects to a high standard, ensuring clear communication and leadership throughout.

The client base is demanding but fair, so we’re looking for someone who is not only technically strong but also confident, resilient, and diplomatic, able to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain excellent long-term relationships.

Progression & Opportunity

This role offers clear progression. After 12 months of successful delivery, you’ll have the opportunity to expand and build a team within the education sector, shaping its direction and taking it where you want it to go. From there, the path to Associate and Director level is well defined, with dedicated support from our global Learning & Development team to help you achieve it.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience on DfE education sector projects
  • ARB Part 3 qualified architect
  • Minimum 3 years’ client-facing experience
  • Strong experience working with contractors and leading design coordination
  • Confident, collaborative, and able to handle critical feedback constructively
  • Proficiency in Revit and Rhino is desirable

What's On Offer

  • £50,000 – £55,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
  • Annual pay review and discretionary bonus
  • Generous pension scheme
  • Bupa healthcare
  • 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
  • 20 days paid sick leave per year
  • Inclusive, collaborative working environment. No big egos, just big ideas
  • Global network and opportunities to connect with colleagues worldwide
  • A supportive, team-focused culture in a spacious, open-plan London office

This is a rare chance to join a practice where you can make a real impact, delivering meaningful projects, progressing into leadership, and growing within a global design network.
