Project Architect | AJ100 London Studio | up to £50k +Profit share
We are seeking talented Architects and Project Architects to join a growing AJ100 firm to play a key role in delivering a series of exciting residential projects across London and the home counties.
Opportunities include leading and supporting major planning applications for developments of 100–500 homes, comprising a mix of houses and apartments, as well as contributing to estate regeneration and the creation of new sustainable communities
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to help grow a strategic master planning design sector within the studio and make a mark within the business on new and existing projects. On what are expected to be award winning projects, you will work on large-scale low-density developments transforming underutilised urban sites into vibrant, sustainable communities.
The ideal candidate:
- Experience on early-stage UK low density residential projects
- Has an interest in job running and be client-facing
- Passionate about design and able to work well as part of a team
- Ideally experience on reserve matter applications, design codes or parameter plans.
The Package:
- Up to £55,000 salary + Profit Share
- 2 days per week working from home
- Opportunity to progress to Associate
