We are looking to recruit an ambitious Associate with experience of running medium-large scale projects to join an award winning, mid-sized architectural practice with a diverse range of projects. The successful Associate will run a team and lead several of their high-profile projects through RIBA Stages 0-6.

Our client is a mid-sized (25 people) design-led practice in Central London who are specialists in a range of high-end projects for both private and commercial clients. Their project portfolio is diverse including large bespoke residential and high-end commercial projects. Projects are typically a minimum of £18-20 million in value.

You will join the practice as an Associate and lead a team on major projects both going from stages 0-6. You will join the senior leadership from day 1. The team are passionate about their work and there is a friendly and sociable working environment.

The Requirements:

  • Qualified architect (ARB)
  • Experience using Revit is desirable
  • Experience of working at an Associate level in an established UK-based architectural practice
  • Experience working on high end residential, UK based projects and good knowledge of the UK building regs
  • Experience on medium or large-scale residential projects
  • Experience running a team

For the right person, the business can offer a salary of £55,000 - £70,000 depending on experience, plus bonus, while offering a hybrid working model.

For this Associate Architect position, candidates with notice periods up to 3 months will be considered, however, an immediate start is also available.
