You will work as part of a small, highly experienced architecture team, supporting the Design Director and Head of Architecture across the design and delivery of prestigious residential schemes.

The Company
This established Central London based developer is known for delivering high quality prime residential schemes in sought after locations. With a strong pipeline of mid-large projects, they have built an in-house architectural team to ensure design quality and technical excellence from concept through to completion. This gives you hands-on architectural involvement with direct insight into how development decisions are made.
The Requirements
- Qualified architect with 2 years minimum of professional experience in practice.
- Experience working on UK based projects, preferably across RIBA stages 4 and 5
- Strong working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
- Ideally experience working on residential projects, this could include single one-off homes or larger multi-unit residential schemes
- Good technical understanding and strong attention to detail
- Confident working as part of a collaborative design and consultant team
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
