The Company
- An award‑winning design team globally, this is a multi‑office international practice with 200+ staff across Architecture, Engineering, Project Management and Interiors.
- They are advocates for the use of Technology in construction and have built a reputation of being leaders in the use of Revit and BIM, as well as being able to complete complex projects through construction.
- The company have several large‑scale projects in London including a 450 unit new build mixed‑use project in central London which is at stage 4 (which they designed) and they will see through to completion, in addition to a 700 unit residential scheme at stage 4/5.
The Requirements
- Experienced Architectural Technologist on UK‑based projects, MCIAT is preferable.
- Experience of working across work RIBA stages 3-5.
- Experience working on large scale residential or hospitality schemes (preferred).
- Confidence to be client facing.
- Capable of leading large projects and guiding more junior members of the team.
- Keen to progress rapidly within the company.
