You'll have the autonomy to influence technical standards, improve project delivery and help shape the future of the business as it continues to expand.
Rather than simply producing drawing packages, you'll be trusted to lead from the front, mentor others and bring fresh ideas to how projects are delivered.
Working across residential and mixed-use developments, you'll take the lead through the technical design, tender and construction stages, ensuring projects are coordinated, compliant and delivered to the highest standards.
You'll work closely with clients, consultants and contractors, managing technical information, resolving site and construction challenges and providing leadership across project teams.
Beyond project delivery, you'll support and develop junior colleagues, contribute to quality assurance, refine technical processes and work alongside the directors to strengthen the practice's technical capability.
