A global Architecture practice with a reputation for designing and delivering large scale, complex projects through construction, and are leaders in the use of BIM/Revit and technology in construction, are growing their London office. The Company

An award-winning design team globally, this is a multi-office international practice with 200+ staff across Architecture, Engineering, Project Management and Interiors. They are advocates for the use of Technology in construction and have built a reputation of being leaders in the use of Revit and BIM, as well as being able to complete complex projects through construction.

The company have several large-scale projects in London including a 450 unit new build mixed-use project in central London which is at stage 4 (which they designed) and they will see through to completion, in addition to a 700 unit residential scheme at stage 4/5.

The Requirements

  • Experienced Architect on UK-based projects
  • Experience of working across work RIBA stages 3-5
  • Experience working on large scale residential or hospitality schemes (preferred)
  • Confidence to be client facing
  • Capable of leading large projects and guiding more junior members of the team
  • Keen to progress rapidly within the company
  • Strong Revit knowledge is essential

The Package

Salary £65,000 - £70,000 + Bonus. Many, many benefits! Flexible working hours.
