A well established mid-sized property developer with a focus on large scale prime residential projects is growing their in house design team in Central London. This is a rare opportunity for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant or recently qualified Architect to step into a developer side role and work within a client team rather than a traditional architectural studio.
You will work as part of a small, highly experienced architecture team, supporting the Design Director and Head of Architecture across the design and delivery of prestigious residential schemes.

With a strong pipeline of large scale projects, they have built an in house architectural team to ensure design quality and technical excellence from concept through to completion.
The team works closely with leading external architects, consultants and contractors, while retaining strong design leadership internally. This gives you the best of both worlds, hands on architectural involvement with direct insight into how development decisions are made.
The Requirements- Part 2 qualified Architectural Assistant or recently qualified Architect
- Experience working on UK based projects, preferably across RIBA stages 4 and 5
- Strong working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
- Ideally experience working on residential projects, this could include single one off homes or larger multi unit residential schemes
- Good technical understanding and strong attention to detail
- Confident working as part of a collaborative design and consultant team
- Ambitious and motivated to build a career within the property development sector
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
