Lofthouse Group has partnered with an established, award-winning architectural practice based in London to recruit for a highly proficient, technically minded Architectural Technologist. The practice is renowned for delivering high-quality architecture across a broad range of sectors, including residential and commercial projects. The work focuses on creating sustainable communities and designing beautiful, context-driven buildings and spaces for people to enjoy. The projects include new build schemes as well as work with existing buildings/listed buildings.

This is a great opportunity for an Architectural Technologist with experience on mid-large residential schemes to work on a wider range of project types across a range of sectors, to experience an excellent work-life balance and to work in a practice with a big focus on sustainability.
The Requirements:
- Architectural Technology degree is preferred but not essential
- A minimum of 3 years experience working within the UK residential and or commercial sectors in a similar role
- Experience using Revit
- Experience working on UK based projects and good knowledge of the UK building regulations
- Experience working on RIBA stages 3 to 5
- An interest in working on mid-large scale projects
Salary and Package:
- Salary of £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
- 1-2 days per week working from home
