The Company

An award-winning design team globally, this is a multi-office international practice with 200+ staff across Architecture, Engineering, Project Management and Interiors. They are advocates for the use of Technology in construction and have built a reputation of being leaders in the use of Revit and BIM, as well as being able to complete complex projects through construction. The company have several large-scale projects in London including a 450 unit new build mixed-use project in central London which is at stage 4 (which they designed) and they will see through to completion, in addition to a 700 unit residential scheme at stage 4/5.

The Requirements

  • Experienced Architectural Technologist on UK-based projects, MCIAT is preferable.
  • Experience of working across work RIBA stages 3-5.
  • Experience working on large scale residential or hospitality schemes (preferred).
  • Confidence to be client facing.
  • Capable of leading large projects and guiding more junior members of the team.
  • Keen to progress rapidly within the company.
  • Strong Revit knowledge is essential.

Salary £49,000 - £58,000 + Bonus. Many, many benefits! Flexible working hours.
