Shape the Future of Digital Design

We’re partnering with one of the most forward-thinking design practices in the world — a 200+ person studio renowned for delivering some of the most complex, high-profile projects across architecture, engineering, and construction.

Their London team is growing rapidly, with a tight-knit group of 20 talented professionals backed by the strength, standards, and innovation of a truly global business.

Now, they’re looking for an experienced BIM Manager / Information Manager to join their Digital Team in London — someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, design, and collaboration, and wants to lead the next chapter of digital excellence.

About the Role

BIM Manager / Information Manager — you’ll be a key part of the firm’s international digital strategy — supporting project delivery across London, and their other global studios.

You’ll lead BIM management on major multidisciplinary projects, work directly with clients, and ensure that the studio’s industry-leading BIM and Revit standards are upheld at every stage.

This isn’t a support role on the sidelines — it’s a visible, influential position where you’ll shape how complex projects are delivered, guide digital strategy, and empower teams across multiple time zones.

You’ll also collaborate closely with the Lead Digital Coordinator to create new workflows, tools, and resources that keep this practice at the forefront of digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead BIM management on large, multidisciplinary projects from concept to completion
  • Review and respond to Employers’ Information Requirements (EIRs)
  • Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and related documentation
  • Ensure full compliance with ISO 19650 and internal BIM procedures
  • Provide digital leadership and Revit support to project teams
  • Mentor, train, and inspire others to raise the digital bar
  • Engage with clients through reviews, workshops, and presentations
  • Help refine tools, workflows, and guidance across international offices

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in BIM Management or Coordination (flexible for exceptional talent)
  • Proven track record on complex, multi-discipline projects
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 19650, COBie, and IFC deliverables
  • Expert user of Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction
  • Confident communicator, great with clients and internal stakeholders
  • A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and sharing best practice

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Work from London, collaborating closely with world-class international teams
  • Be part of a growing, ambitious studio backed by a 200+ person global practice
  • Join a company where everyone uses Revit — even the Directors!
  • Enjoy working with some of the best BIM and Revit standards in the industry
  • Contribute to some of the most complex and exciting projects in the region
  • Shape digital workflows and drive innovation across international offices
  • Excellent career growth and professional development opportunities
