Looking to take on an Associate role within an established AJ100 practice? Want to work for a company that values work-life balance? Have a passion for conservation, sustainability and refurbishment? We have an amazing opportunity for a Senior architect or Associate to take on a leadership role within the Oxford studio of a well-respected, global AJ100 practice.

The practice has an incredible track record within conservation/heritage, hospitality, residential and cultural/civic buildings and following several very successful years, are looking to expand their senior leadership team. You will be responsible for overseeing several projects, teams and working closely with the senior management team to ensure the smooth running of the office as it grows.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience post qualification
  • Experience working on listed buildings is an advantage
  • Experience working across all work stages is beneficial
  • Experience overseeing and managing more junior members of staff is essential
  • Approachable and a team player able to communicate well with others
  • An interest in running projects and overseeing resource management
Salary / Package:
  • Up to £60,000
  • 2 days per week working from home
  • Flexible working hours (8-4, 9-5, 10-6 etc)
  • Great work-life balance and overtime is rare
  • 25 days annual leave + national/bank holidays
