LOFT is looking for a Website Executive to take ownership of our digital estate, including LOFT.co.uk (Shopify Plus), our B2B ordering portal, and a growing portfolio of white label websites managed on behalf of clients. This is a newly created role within our Marketing team and presents an opportunity to play a central role in how our websites perform, convert, and support both direct customers and trade partners. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, as well as internal teams and external agencies to ensure our platforms are commercially effective, technically robust, and continuously improving.
As Website Executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, optimisation, and development of our websites. You will act as the main point of contact for website activity, coordinating across teams and agencies to deliver improvements against agreed KPIs.
Responsibilities- Manage and maintain product catalogues across all websites, working closely with the Buying & Merchandising team.
- Lead the build and ongoing management of all white label client websites.
- Own the relationship with our external web development agency, including briefing, ticket management, prioritisation, and delivery across all sites.
- Implement and continuously evolve SEO best practices to increase organic visibility and qualified traffic.
- Optimise conversion rates through improvements to UX, site speed, navigation, forms, and calls to action.
- Build and optimise landing pages and end-to-end digital customer journeys across the full funnel.
- Onboard new clients onto our B2B ordering portal, including access management and client support.
- Work with the Change Team on system testing for new integrations and platform updates.
- Prior experience managing websites in a commercial environment, with Shopify experience essential.
- Experience working with a web development agency and managing tickets, briefs, and delivery.
- Comfortable working with HubSpot or similar CRMs.
- Experience liaising directly with clients, particularly in an onboarding or account-support context, is desirable.
- Strong written English and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator who is comfortable working cross-functionally and with external partners.
- Commercially minded and motivated by performance metrics and KPIs.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
