The Role: We are seeking a hands-on, highly organised General Manager to lead our small but efficient team. This is a vital operational role where you will be the primary point of contact for our customers and the coordinator for our internal team. As 2nd in command, you will report directly to the Managing Director (MD), bridging the gap between high-level management and daily execution to ensure every order is processed and every customer query is resolved professionally.
