Job Description
Lodha UK are seeking an exceptional Property Manager with a background in facilities and asset management within ultra-high-end residential buildings or luxury hotels or to oversee some of London’s most prestigious residences.
As our Property Manager, you will manage these super-prime assets, ensuring their seamless operation, maintenance, and preservation to the highest standards. From overseeing compliance with UK regulations to managing budgets related property upkeep, building strategy, contracts, and sustainability initiatives, this is a role for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy to uphold Lodha’s luxury standards.
- Ensure full compliance with UK health, safety, fire, and regulatory requirements, including conducting risk assessments and maintaining insurance coverage.
- Manage contracts with third-party providers, ensuring value for money and top-tier service delivery.
- Oversee budgets, CAPEX planning, reserve funds, and building-related spending to align with long-term investment goals.
- Identify and execute capital improvements and sustainability initiatives to enhance property value and performance.
What We’re Looking For:
