Lodha UK are seeking an exceptional Property/ Facilities Manager with a background in property, facilities or asset management within ultra-high-end residential buildings to oversee some of London’s most prestigious residences. As our Property Manager, you will manage these super-prime assets, ensuring their seamless operation, maintenance, and preservation to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy to uphold Lodha’s luxury standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with UK health, safety, fire, and regulatory requirements, including conducting risk assessments and maintaining insurance coverage.
  • Manage contracts with third-party providers, ensuring value for money and top-tier service delivery.
  • Oversee budgets, CAPEX planning, reserve funds, and building-related spending to align with long-term investment goals.
  • Identify and execute capital improvements and sustainability initiatives to enhance property value and performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 8+ years facilities, property, asset management experience within ultra-prime residential developments.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of UK leasehold law, service charge administration, and compliance regulations.
