Reporting to: Head Concierge/Resident Operations Manager
Core Hours: 7pm - 7am
Shift Rotation: Four days on and four days off
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure complete resident satisfaction by providing information and services that meet a 5-star experience and exceed residents' expectations.
- Deliver projects and any other reasonable duties as required.
- Ensure all information provided to residents and colleagues is accurate and updated as appropriate.
- Give and receive handover information at the end of shifts to ensure effective communication for the benefit of residents and colleagues.
- Ensure the safety of pass keys.
- Attend necessary meetings to ensure efficient and effective communication within the team.
- Check arrival and departure reports for all visitors to anticipate and satisfy needs.
- Handle all resident and visitor enquiries.
- Assist in the provision of postal services for residents.
- Carry out ad hoc requests as directed by your manager.
- Comply with safe working practices as laid down under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the company's health and safety policies.
- Implement services as defined by the Resident Operations Manager/General Manager for the residences.
- Manage tasks and perform reasonable duties as required.
- Continually maintain and update the concierge software.
- Report accidents, near misses, and hazards promptly to your manager/supervisor.
- Be familiar with the fire policy and panel and know the actions to take in case of an activation.
- Report defects in the building, plant, or equipment according to procedures.

- Relevant experience within luxury residential or hotel settings.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
