We work with some of the world’s most successful individuals and their families to help them solve complex problems and realise their goals beyond their core businesses. We act as the Chief of Staff for the non-business lives of our clients. We draw on our strategic thinking and execution experience, the full resources of our internal team and our growing network of senior advisors, domain experts and service providers to achieve excellent outcomes in a diverse range of fields (e.g. health, legacy, education, sustainability, security, family governance, art, philanthropy and more).

As Partnerships and Network Manager, you will help manage and grow our network of experts across different practice areas. You will act as the primary point of contact for all experts, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, addressing their needs, and ensuring effective communication. The role will also involve identifying and onboarding new experts through ongoing conversations and market research.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Network development: define, test and iterate the strategy to continuously grow, evolve and manage our network of experts and service providers; engage existing experts to uncover potential new talent from their own network. Continuously expand the network by identifying and onboarding new professionals based on business needs.
  • Onboarding: Define and manage the onboarding process for new experts, ensuring a smooth integration into the network by introducing them to company processes, expectations, and opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with experts across various practice areas, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement with Lodha Strategy Consulting.
  • Communication & Support: Serve as the main point of contact for all expert-related matters, maintaining consistent, clear, and professional communication. Respond to inquiries, address issues, and keep experts informed of opportunities, developments, and requirements.
  • Problem Solving: Address any issues or concerns raised by experts, ensuring that they are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Data Management: Keep accurate records of expert interactions, profiles, and activities.

Qualifications:
  • An undergraduate degree from a top-tier, globally recognised institution.
  • Proven experience in relationship management, account management, or a similar role, ideally within a professional services or network-based environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence the network of experts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for new expert relationships and have a strong network-building mindset.
