The Role

As Partnerships and Network Manager you will be the face of LSP, acting as a credible and inspiring ambassador for our business. You will lead the development and expansion of our expert network function, ensuring it is positioned as a core strategic pillar of LSP. This includes co-designing and implementing a thoughtful process to identify, assess and engage the right experts, and cultivating meaningful relationships with those who share our values and commitment to client outcomes. You will collaborate with our client-facing partners to establish practice areas across our broad scope, and work with our technology team to capture data and insights to make continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the public face of our business for existing and prospective experts.
  • Network development: Define, test and iterate the strategy to continuously grow, evolve and manage our network of experts; engage existing experts to uncover potential new talent from their own network. Continuously expand the network by identifying and onboarding new professionals based on business needs.
  • Onboarding: Define and manage the onboarding process for new experts, ensuring a smooth integration into the network by introducing them to company processes, expectations, and opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with experts across various practice areas, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement with LSP.
  • Communication & Support: Serve as the main point of contact for all expert-related matters, maintaining consistent, clear, and professional communication. Respond to inquiries, address issues, and keep experts informed of opportunities, developments, and requirements.
  • Problem Solving: Address any issues or concerns raised by experts, ensuring that they are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Data Management: Keep accurate records of expert interactions, profiles, and activities. Use this data to refine outreach and retention strategies.
