We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. As an SDR at Lodgify, you will play a vital role in prequalifying leads and driving our sales efforts forward. How will you make an impact?

  • Engage and qualify leads: Prequalify leads generated by Lodgify’s marketing efforts through telephone, chat, or email.
  • Tailor the pitch: Clearly communicate Lodgify’s value and benefits, adapting your approach to each customer’s specific needs.
  • Drive conversations: Manage a high volume of inbound chats and calls, uncover customer needs, and position Lodgify as the best‑fit solution.
  • Prospect actively: Drive high activity targets of 100 calls a day.
  • Leverage live chat: Connect with inbound leads in real time through live web chat and inbound calls.
  • Collaborate with Sales: Pass on qualified leads to the Sales team and support them in closing deals more efficiently.
  • Stay organized: Manage all interactions in HubSpot CRM, ensuring activity is logged and records are accurate.
  • Contribute to growth: Take part in projects that improve sales operations and processes, sharing ideas to boost team performance.
  • Share insights: Exchange strategies and feedback with the Sales team to enhance results and better understand customer needs.

  • Experience: At least 1 year in a customer‑facing role within the same company; prior sales experience is a strong plus.
  • Languages: Excellent spoken and written English is required, along with fluency in French + Spanish, Italian or German.
  • Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills and a confident, engaging phone presence.
